Poor Health, Again
Yours truly finds himself sick and not feeling at all well. Again.
This is getting old.
Regular readers here will know just how old it is getting.
It's time to admit it: I have a problem with my health. A problem that is seriously interfering with my life and my enjoyment of it.
I'll spare you the sorry details, but it seems to me that as I've gotten more and more involved with the wider world around me I've begun to lose touch with myself. Consequently, I will be taking a week off from blogging and other such activities and focus on healing and getting better.
If anyone out there can suggest a practical diet and exercise guide for a man of around 40 years, I would be most appreciative.
